They shall evaluate your concern and will notify you on further process. You would require to submit your details regarding the issue along with your contact number, address and an image of the wrongfully delivered product. For genuine concerns, our team would be happy to refund the whole amount paid for the order or re-fulfill the order as per your recommendations.

In case, you are not available for collecting your courier during three attempts there will not be any refund for your orders. Also, in case you refuse to pay taxes or fail to collect your order from shipping agencies then we are not liable for the loss or damage of your product, and you shall not be given any refund for such products.
